服務摘要

除非另有訂明，否則以下 Google Workspace (前稱 G Suite) 服務均屬《Google Cloud 主協議》的《Google Workspace 服務附表》或 Google 據之同意提供相關服務的其他協議 (「Google Workspace 協議」) 之涵蓋範圍內。以下部分服務或版本可能須受載於 https://workspace.google.com/terms/service-terms/ 的《服務專屬條款》約束。

Google Workspace 服務：

  • 核心服務

    • 「客戶端加密」讓機構可使用自家加密密鑰，以加密輸入至某些核心服務的適用客戶資料，詳情如 https://support.google.com/a/answer/10741897 或後繼網址所說明。

    • 「Cloud Identity 服務」如 https://cloud.google.com/terms/identity/user-features.html 或後繼網址所說明。

    • 「企業資料區域」讓管理員可以套用資料區域政策設定，以供某些地區全部或部分指定使用者將該設定套用到客戶資料中的部份靜態原始資料 (包括備份資料)，詳情載於 https://support.google.com/a/answer/9223653。

    • 「Gemini 應用程式」(又稱「Gemini」) 是對話式人工智能工具，有助使用者集思廣益、激發創意，並提高生產力。

    • 「Gemini for Google Workspace」(前稱 Duet AI for Google Workspace) 是指下列的特定服務，讓使用者可利用生成式人工智能功能，以協助撰寫內容、整理檔案、以視覺化方式顯示資料、加速工作流程，令會議內容更豐富。

    • 「Gmail」讓客戶可收發電郵訊息。

    • 「Google 日曆」讓使用者可管理個人、機構和團隊的日曆。

    • 「Google Chat」讓使用者可透過加強版即時通訊和群組協助平台即時溝通。

    • 「Google Cloud Search」讓使用者在部分 Google Workspace 核心服務和第三方資料來源 (如適用) 中搜尋內容和獲得協助。

    • 「Google 通訊錄」讓使用者匯入、儲存和查看聯絡資料，以及建立個人聯絡人群組，以便一次過向多人傳送電郵。

    • 「Google 文件」、「Google 表格」、「Google 試算表」、「Google 簡報」及「Google Vids」讓使用者在文件、表格、試算表、簡報和影片內建立、編輯、分享、協作、繪畫、匯出和嵌入內容。使用者可以使用 Google Vids 的生成式 AI 功能，但須受特定 Google Workspace 版本的任何用量限制約束，詳情載於 https://support.google.com/a/answer/15400545。

    • 「Google 雲端硬碟」讓使用者可儲存、轉移、查看和分享檔案。

    • 「Google 網上論壇企業版」讓使用者可利用協作群組來溝通，而管理員可為不同使用者群組設定功能和服務。

    • 「Google Jamboard」讓使用者在數碼白板文件內建立、編輯、分享、協作、繪畫、匯出和嵌入內容。

    • 「Google Keep」讓使用者建立、編輯和分享筆記、清單和繪圖，並與他人協作。

    • 「Google Meet」讓使用者可透過小型和大型視像會議即時溝通，包括撥出和撥入通話功能 (可能需支付流動網絡供應商費用)。Google Meet 的通話服務由以下網址所列的實體提供：https://workspace.google.com/terms/service-terms/meet-telephony/providers.html。Google Meet 不支援緊急電話。

    • 「Google SIP Link」讓客戶可以透過自己的第三方會談邊界控制器和流動網絡供應商，將流動網絡供應商服務連結至 Google Voice 功能；此服務與 Google Voice 分開提供，無需購買 Google Voice 亦能使用。Google SIP Link 讓客戶使用 Google Voice 的加強版軟件功能，同時維持客戶現有的流動網絡供應商關係和內部電話路由設備和解決方案。Google SIP Link 只在 https://support.google.com/a?p=sipcountries 或後繼網址所列的國家/地區提供。使用 Google SIP Link 須額外付費。

    • 「Google 協作平台」讓使用者建立網站並與其他使用者群組分享。

    • 「Google Tasks」讓使用者建立、編輯和管理工作。

    • 「Google Vault」提供搜尋和匯出功能、資料封存、保留和電子蒐證功能。客戶必須持續使用/購買 Google Vault 服務，Google 才能保留封存資料。

    • 「Google Voice」是一項由管理員管理的 IP 電話服務，讓客戶可為使用者指定電話號碼並進行管理，同時讓使用者可利用指定的號碼打出和接聽通話。Google Voice 服務由 Google 關聯公司按 Google Voice《服務專屬條款》所述提供，並只在 https://support.google.com/a/answer/9206529 或後繼網址所列的國家/地區提供。使用 Google Voice 須額外付費。

    • 「Google Workspace Assured Controls」和「Google Workspace Assured Controls Plus」提供 Google Workspace 內的部分合規和安全控制項 (詳情載於 https://support.google.com/a/answer/13880647)，包括 Google Workspace Assured Controls Plus、存取權管理 (Google 支援服務進行客戶資料相關操作時的地域限制) 和其他額外功能。

    • 「Google Workspace Migrate」是由管理員管理的內部服務，可將使用者資料轉移到客戶的 Google Workspace 帳戶。

    • 「Meet 國際電話」為 Google Meet 視像會議提供擴充撥入和撥出通話功能。

    • 「Workspace 額外儲存空間」讓客戶增加可用的共享儲存空間總容量。

    • 「Workspace 外掛程式」為服務總稱，包含企業資料區域、Gemini for Google Workspace、Google SIP Link、Google Voice、Google Workspace Assured Controls、Google Workspace Assured Controls Plus、Meet 國際電話和 Workspace 額外儲存空間，詳情如下。

    • 搜尋和智能功能可讓使用者在所有服務中執行進階搜尋和擷取操作，並提供跨產品內容搜尋和自動內容分類功能，以便在已啟用的服務中使用。

  • 其他服務

    • 「AppSheet」是一個網絡平台 (通常於 https://www.appsheet.com 提供)，讓機構輕鬆建立和托管應用程式，而無需編寫複雜或冗長的程式碼。對於服務經銷商或供應商而言，AppSheet 是在 Google Cloud 優越合作夥伴計劃中的受限制服務。

Workspace 外掛程式：

  • Google Workspace 外掛程式可透過額外付費 (除非另有指明) 加到特定 Google Workspace 版本，詳情載於以下 Google Workspace 版本/SKU 表格。

  • Gemini for Google Workspace 外掛程式

  • Gemini Business、Gemini Enterprise、Gemini Education 和 Gemini Education Premium 還提供 Gemini 應用程式的額外人工智能功能 (稱為 Gemini Advanced)，詳情載於 https://support.google.com/a?p=bard-ws。

  • Google Voice 和 Google SIP Link 外掛程式

    • 「Voice Starter」是 Google Voice 的版本之一，支援單一國家/地區內最多 10 位使用者。

    • 「Voice Standard」是 Google Voice 的版本之一，支援單一國家/地區的使用者，人數不設上限，並包含 Google SIP Link、與桌面電話兼容及多層自動總機功能。

    • 「Voice Premier」是 Google Voice 的版本之一，支援多個國家/地區的使用者，人數不設上限，並包含 Google SIP Link、與桌面電話兼容、多層自動總機功能及進階報告功能。

    • 「Google SIP Link Standard」是 Google SIP Link 的版本之一，支援單一國家/地區的使用者，人數不設上限，並包含與桌面電話兼容及多層自動總機功能。

    • 「Google SIP Link Premier」是 Google SIP Link 的版本之一，支援單一國家/地區的使用者，人數不設上限，並包含與桌面電話兼容、多層自動總機功能及進階報告功能。

  • Meet 國際電話

    • 「Meet 國際電話」是獨立的 SKU，可免費定期訂購，但會按使用分鐘收費。

  • Workspace 額外儲存空間

Google Workspace 版本/SKU：

  • 下表列明每個 Google Workspace 或 G Suite 版本、每個版本包含的核心服務、可加到每個 Workspace 版本的 Workspace 外掛程式，以及其他提供的服務。

  • 主要核心服務 (如下表所列，除非另有註明) 是指：Cloud Identity 服務、Gemini 應用程式、Gmail、Google 日曆、Google Chat、Google 通訊錄、Google 文件、Google 雲端硬碟、Google 表格、Google 網上論壇企業版、Google Jamboard、Google Keep、Google Meet、Google 試算表、Google 協作平台、Google 簡報、Google Tasks 和 Google Vids。

  • Workspace Education 及 Nonprofits 的核心及其他服務：Google Workspace for Education 的所有版本均包含主要核心服務，以及 Google Workspace LTI、Classroom 和 Chrome 同步功能，以作為核心服務，而 Google Workspace for Nonprofits 則包含 Classroom，作為核心服務。此外，Google Workspace for Education 的所有版本還包含 Read Along 作為其他服務。

    • 「Google Workspace LTI」是一組外掛應用程式套裝，利用「學習工具互通性 (LTI)」的標準將 Google Workspace for Education 的功能整合到第三方學習管理系統 (LMS) 中。Google Workspace LTI 包含以下 LTI 工具：

      • - 「作業」讓使用者分發和收集學生作業，以及為作業評分。

      • - 「雲端硬碟 LTI」讓使用者直接在其 LMS 系統中嵌入和分享「雲端硬碟」檔案。

    • 「Classroom」讓使用者建立和參與班級群組。學生可使用 Classroom 查看作業、提交功課和獲教師評分。

    • 「Read Along」是一個以 AI 為本的語言學習應用程式，讓學生可透過虛擬對話式導師提升閱讀能力。透過 Read Along 與 Google Classroom 的整合功能，老師可以指派閱讀活動，並獲取自動生成的分析資料，以支援學生分級學習。

  • 每個 Google Workspace 或 G Suite 版本所提供的「封存使用者」服務讓機構管理過往的使用者帳戶，以供客戶資料封存之用。

  • 其他 AppSheet 版本：除了包含在所有 Google Workspace 版本內的免費版 AppSheet 外，「AppSheet Core」、「AppSheet Enterprise Standard」和「AppSheet Enterprise Plus」均為 AppSheet 的進階版本，詳情載於 https://about.appsheet.com/pricing/。AppSheet Core 包含以下表格所述的特定 Google Workspace 版本，並可另外付費加到任何 Google Workspace 其他版本中。至於 AppSheet Enterprise Standard 和 AppSheet Enterprise Plus，用戶亦可另外付費以將其加到任何 Google Workspace 版本中。

  • 3. 以下 Google Workspace 版本只向符合特定資格要求的客戶提供：​

  • 4. Google Workspace for Education Standard 和 Education Plus 設有最低購買要求，數量要求如下：(a) 客戶的總學生人數或 (b) 50 個使用者授權。

  • 5. G Suite 版本已不再供購買。

  • 6. 使用 Google Workspace Essentials Starter 或 Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals 版本的客戶，可將 Gemini 應用程式 (此應用程式並非上述版本的主要核心服務) 作為額外產品使用，但須受下列《額外產品條款》約束。

其他 Google Workspace 版本/SKU：

  • Google Workspace for Education 升級版

    • 「Endpoint Education Upgrade」是 Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals 的升級版，可另外付費使用。透過這個版本，每個已授權使用者可管理和保管多達 15 個學校配發的 Android 和 iOS 裝置 (只要客戶能在 Google 要求時證明有遵守此限制)，而無需升級至 Google Workspace for Education Standard 或 Plus。

    • 「Google Workspace for Education Teaching and Learning Upgrade」是 Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals 的升級版，可另外付費使用。此版本包括額外的通訊、協作和班別管理功能，以及相當於 100GB 乘以使用者授權數的額外儲存空間。

  • Chat 互通性

    • 「Chat 互通性」是額外的 Google Workspace SKU，利用第三方即時通訊互通性供應商，讓使用者透過 Chat 與特定第三方訊息平台的用戶溝通。

  • Cloud Search Platform

    • 「Cloud Search Platform」是 Google Workspace 的版本之一，包含 Google Cloud Search 及以下與 Google Cloud Search 配合使用的服務：(a) Cloud Identity 管理；(b) Google 通訊錄；以及 (c) Google 網上論壇企業版。Cloud Search Platform 提供第三方資料來源內容的額外搜尋和協助功能。

額外產品：

  • 額外產品不屬於《Google Workspace 協議》範圍內，而且並非 Google Workspace 服務。額外產品的使用均受《額外產品條款》(https://workspace.google.com/terms/additional_services.html) 約束。此外，使用以下額外產品須受以下額外條款約束：

    • 「Google Play 管理版」是 Google 提供的平台，讓客戶管理客戶提供給使用者或認可其使用的 Android 裝置。客戶可使用「Google Play 管理版」，在該等裝置上佈建經管理「Play 商店」的應用程式。使用「Google Play 管理版」須受 www.android.com/enterprise/terms 所載的條款約束。
