The add-on opens with a short wizard:

Each step explains the decision in simple language so you can make the right choice without reading technical documentation.

You can send feedback to:

→ a central inbox, such as a teacher, admissions office, support queue, or manager
→ the person who submitted the form
→ both

For respondent emails, you can use the standard email address collected by Google Forms™, or choose an email question from your form.

When edit links are available, you can include the responder's update link in the feedback email so they can revise their submission.

Most users can use the included feedback service. Organizations that already manage their own Google AI™ billing can choose to use their own Google AI™ key.

The add-on only asks for the permissions needed to work with the current form, open its sidebar, call the feedback service, create the submit trigger, and send feedback emails.
