With Email Notifications, you can automatically send emails whenever someone submits your Google Form™. Messages can go to the respondent, members of your team, or be routed to different people using custom rules based on the form’s answers.

These notification emails are fully customizable. You can insert any form field—including quiz scores—into the subject or message body using the {{form field title}} format. HTML emails are also supported if you want a more polished, professional layout.

The add-on can also deliver instant push alerts to your iPhone, iPad, or Android device as soon as a new response arrives. These mobile notifications can include the respondent’s answers so you can check submissions right away.

If your Google Form™ includes File Upload fields, the notification email will automatically contain direct links to the uploaded files in your Google Drive™, allowing you to open them quickly without searching through your Drive.

You can also place dynamically generated barcodes and QR codes in the emails, created directly from the form responses.
