I had high hopes for this, but unfortunately there is no support. The emails that they send have a few of emojis which is really unprofessional in addition to this, the message to attendees cannot be customized. I wrote their support adddress and have no heard back. Given only 60 downloads for this add-on, i woudl expect immediate responses.
