This Google Sheets™ add-on allows you to set up and create a Google Form™ for assigning students to academic recovery at your school. Import your school's roster, set a few notification options, and list some common infractions. The add-on will generate a Google Form™ that can be distributed to teachers, admin, or anyone else who needs to assign students to academic recovery. Whenever the Form™ is submitted, students will receive an email and options can be selected to notify advisors, admin, or parents as well. Along with the notifications, this add-on will generate a daily academic recovery attendance and collect data from submission for easier tracking and interventions.
