I was hoping this would work similarly to inserting characters on my phone keyboard, which is extremely easy. It took many attempts just to get the app to install, then I experienced what most others did - the sidebar only shows Currencies plus the first 6 languages alphabetically, ending with German (I need Norwegian). Copy/pasting is a huge waste of time and I might as well go online, get the few symbols I need and put them at the top of the doc I'm in, then just copy/paste from there. Why isn't there an app that can just be set up like keyboard shortcuts? Deleting this app now

This doesn't help inserting the characters into the document, you have to still copy each one you need, you cannot adjust the languages on the sidebar so I have to click the "get more accents bar, which opens up on an entirely different page - its no different than just googling the characters I need and flipping back and forth between tabs to copy and paste.

It's great, all you need to do is reload the page then it's there., also it I suggest that the creators of this to add Japanese.

There are two huge flaws with the implementation: 1) You aren't inserting any characters directly into the document; you are putting them into a bar at the bottom which you transfer to your clipboard with the copy button. This is only marginally more helpful than me setting up a separate window and copying a "cheat sheet" of special characters myself. 2) If you want to use any language lower on the list of supported languages alphabetically than German, you have to click "More Accents" and be taken to another tab, in which case there really isn't much difference between this and my copy-and-pasting from a cheat sheet strategy. There is no reason we should have to tab out to get to the lower languages--at the very least, let us pick and choose the order of the languages so we can put languages we don't need lower on the list and languages we do need into the in-app window.

Firstly, I had the same problem as the others. I couldn't find it. I had to close and reopen the document in order to find it. If you have this problem TRY IT. Secondly, it is a little bit to slow because I have to copy the letters and paste them in the text. It would be more quick if the letter would be added in the text as you press it in the keyboard. It would be very useful if I could add some shortcuts for some characters ( like "alt+A" for a with ' on it, or something like that), but I don't know if it is possible. Anyway, referring to French, it is better than adding a new keyboard in the computer, which differ to much comparing to the English keyboard. Referring to German, it is easier to use the computer's keyboard.

I can't figure out how to get it to work. Why can the keyboard shortcuts not work in docs as well as in word. I'm a language student at degree level - I NEED accented characters.
