While a great idea, this app rarely works as advertised. Very slow, and no intuitive capability. Easier to just copy and paste the emails into the notes.

I love the concept but the execuition is terrible. Very unreliable, sometimes doesn't load up, sometimes just doesn't work for some emails. Right now I am trying to figure out why that panel on Gmail is just blank. It doesn't allow you to uninstall and reinstall. Come on Actionstep you can do better.

As with all other reviews. App doesn't function properly. Doesn't load half the time, drops out, too slow, not intuitive and have to keep removing/replacing. Actionstep subscription fees keep increasing and support/troubleshooting gets worse by the month. Budget company. Look elsewhere. It's a nightmare to port to another platform.

Fantastic app, when it's working - unfortunately it often does not. AS tech support 'solution' is to uninstall and reinstall. Frustrating.

It is very slow and you cannot tag multiple emails at once, which makes importing older emails tedious if not impossible. Pretty useless for an onboarding customer.
