Install the Advanced Summary add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Open the Google Form™ that you want to use. Then select (a) Add-ons (it looks like a puzzle piece) > (b) Advanced Summary by Awesome Table > (c) click Create Advanced Summary. Select the questions that you want to include in the Awesome Table.
