To be honest, I am struggling to find out how to use this app after installing. On one part of the info page, it says it is a free app and then in another part, it appears as part of a monthly pricing plan. i am wondering if it isn't working because I need to subscribe and pay the monthly fee? But then why does it say it is free? This is a bit frustrating and confusing. I'd prefer not to rate it just yet until I understand why I can't work with it.

Very poor UI. Pops up a box over the chat thread that you cannot minimize. Since I can't read the box, it renders this tool completely useless.
