Overview
AliceKeeler Select the Cells will highlight all the cells on a sheet that match the same background color. Single click on a cell with a background color. Run the Add-on from the Extensions menu to select all of the other cells with the same background within the active range. Apply actions to the entire selected range at once, for example changing the background color of the cells.

Note: This only applies to the active range. Adding a background color to cells does not determine the active range. Add text to at least one cell. The active range is a rectangle from A1 to the last row and last column with text. If cells have a background color outside of the active range they will not be selected.

this is so so handy for charts that rely on heavily color coding! makes it super easy to fine-tune colors when my boxes are all super scattered

I recently tried the AliceKeeler Select the Cells Addon for Google Sheets and I have to say, it's a game changer! This addon has completely revolutionized the way I work with data in Google Sheets. The AliceKeeler Select the Cells Addon allows me to easily select cells based on color. This is incredibly useful when working with large sets of data, as it allows me to quickly and easily isolate certain cells without having to manually search through the entire sheet. For example, if I have a sheet with various colors assigned to different types of data, I can quickly select all of the cells that are green, or all of the cells that are red. This makes it so much easier to analyze the data and spot any trends or patterns. Overall, I would highly recommend the AliceKeeler Select the Cells Addon for Google Sheets to anyone who works with data on a regular basis. It's incredibly easy to use, and it saves a ton of time and effort when working with large sets of data.
