With the Alleo Google Calendar™ add-on, you can quickly attach an Alleo board to your calendar invites via the following steps.
  1.When creating a new Google invite, click the “attachments” button and 
  select Alleo.
  2.Click “Choose or create a new board.”
  3.Login and select an Alleo board.
  4.Click “Attach board” and the board will be attached to the invite.
  5.Any user can click the attached board to join the Alleo experience.
