Ameise for Gmail is a free add-on that connects the MVP Ameise to your Gmail mailbox. Once you've installed and authorized the add-on, the Ameise logo will appear in the Gmail sidebar.

If you then open an e-mail and clicked on the Ameise add-on logo, the add-on will try to find the sender information from the MVP.

If it has found a customer in the MVP, the information stored there is displayed and you also have the option to archive the conversation in the MVP.

If the system has found several entries for this e-mail address, you will be shown the relevant records for selection.

Note: This add-on requires active access to the blau direkt CRM.
