Send SMS reminders for the appointments in your Google Calendar™ to customers all over the world. We support sending texts to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and all European countries + many more.

Instructions: Install the app, then visit https://calendar.google.com/. Find the app in the right-hand sidebar of your calendar. Open it to setup your account and set reminders. 

How Does it Work?
Simply select an appointment from your calendar with the SMS Reminder app open, then add the phone numbers where you want the reminders sent. That’s it! Setting reminders is quick with our Message Template that’ll set a standardized message & reminder schedule. Your message template lets you populate data directly from your appointment and insert the Title, Date and Time in your reminder message.

As a small business owner and software developer, I am insanely busy with coding, meetings, clients, and work in general. I've completed my own testing of this app and it does exactly what it says it does. I am so impressed that I will be subscribing to the paid version. What I like? 1. Intuitive user interface 2. Installation and on-boarding is simple 3. Connectivity with Google Calendars is simple to setup 4. The app hasn't dropped the ball ever! If it is in my calendar(s), and I've configured the app to send an SMS based on certain criteria I get an SMS reminder. 5. No more manual texting to clients reminding them of appointments. This app automates the entire flow. A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!! Why I chose this app over other solutions. It solves a problem/pain point" 1. How do I as a small business owner remind clients of our appointments without a) "bugging them with email reminders they may never see," b) how do I choose a solution that our team will adopt and use? c) I don't need to add yet another task to my "apps to code" project list instead... d) use SMS Reminders. I just tested this app out to see how it works. The reason for this review is because, I was highly satisfied with the app. I give it 5 stars because of the way it was described was exactly the way it worked. It was easy to set-up just follow the prompts. I recommend this app if you have appointments and your job involves you making them appointments. I am a case manager for a rehab. I am responsible for making sure my client's make those appointments on time and as scheduled. I am going to recommend this to my co-workers. Maybe we will start using this app to incorporate our daily schedules.

I have been looking for something easy to send message to phone. I just installed this and setup a test. It is so easy to use and I love it. It only took me a few minutes setup and I love that it interfaces with my google calendar. Good job as always.

Abstract: The app is stellar and provides a quick solution to Admin challenges previously experienced in past for agencies, small businesses and organizations that where still behind the times so to speak and made outbound calls to leave voice messages on cellphones and answering machines which less than 50% of the Metaverse and GenZ utilize today which is most ineffective in providing quick, solution, "targeted follow ups" for appointments. Now with an automated SMS Txt reminder sent to the phones, it is seamless and clients are more prone to remembering appointments sent within 3 hours, 1 hour, 30 minutes on the device that receives over 80% of their direct focus anyway. management, particularly for individuals with ADD or those managing multiple appointments. Overall, the app is highly recommended as a dependable tool for personal and professional scheduling.
