Once a campaign is launched we can track its process from Communication tab. We can able to analyze from total number of emails how many emails are delivered, opened, clicked. Also how much % of them are blocked, unsubscribed or spammed are listed. 

Integrated with CRM Apps 
From every CRM app campaign can be associated also from Campaigns app CRM objects can be added, thus making an integration between Campaigns and CRM apps.


Add Target List 
Target list can be added to each campaign from target list tab. Target list includes Targets,Employees,Contacts, Leads and Customers. Targets that needs to be launched must be added to target list.

Launch System
Launch process can be done from Target list tab. Target lists that are added to the campaign will be launched and receive email as per email template that has been chosen. Launching frequency, Last launched date details can be retrieved from campaigns view page.

Quota Allocation 
Admin can be able to allocate certain # of emails to his employees. That employee will be able to send only that particular # of emails.
