- Sync the emails that are sent from Apptivo to G Suite.
- Sync emails that are sent and available in G Suite to Apptivo.
- Enable email forwarding to sync incoming emails.
- Auto-associates the emails with Contacts, Customers, Leads, Employees, and Suppliers.
- Integrate the G Suite account with the Apptivo account.
- Use a simple and stable interface where you can sync an unlimited number of emails.

Note: Only administrators who have access to the G Suite account can install this app for a domain-level authentication.

Anil Kumar has always been outstanding over many years in revolving our synchronization and other issues with Apptivo as they have arisen. He understands the program extremely well and is always willing to do a screen-share to implement a solution far faster than I, as a non-techie, could ever do. Customer Service is critical when dealing with a sophisticated program and personal service is even more so. Anil has been a wonderful face of the company and is always willing to assist, especially when we have a short timeframe to resolve an issue. He is a great asset to the firm.

Apptivo has been a great CRM to work with and I we are not even using it to it's fullest capacity. Currently we are using Leads, Customers, and Estimates and have been with them for almost 10 years now. They continually update the capabilities which is great. Vignesh is their main tech and he is always helpful and responsive on chat with.

Having a CRM as Apptivo that communicates and syncs emails with Google seemlessly helps with time management and makes reviewing contact interactions a breeze. Can't say enough about Apptivo and how it has streamlined our business processes and workflow.

Had trouble setting up our email service. Tried several things, then realized some things needed to be changed in our hosting site but after that I needed to fix the settings in Apptivo. Did a screen share and watched the rep sort everything out. I enjoy using Apptivo and the tech support is great. Small room for improvement on instructions. For Email and some other customization, they really should state what level of IT experience a person has before starting. But overall my mess got straightened out and we are up and running with just a simple chat and screen share. Great customer experience.
