I found Apptivo after searching for weeks and weeks for a good CRM with flexible features, support and a reasonable price tag. I tried demos, free trials, read reviews and compared features. Apptivo outshines them all. So many new software platforms are too quick to market with superficial to medium-range details. The Apptivo folks somehow incorporated massive amounts of detail into an intuitive, easy to use and amazingly robust platform of options. Then there is the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE - by phone, email or chat. I just got off a screen share with Rajesh who walked me through a customization process that I didn't understand reading email instructions. WOW! Not only was Rajesh a natural teacher, in addition I logged off with a huge leap in understanding how to navigate the program to fine tune it for my business.

I am gaining familiarity with the database and have been thoroughly impressed with the customizability of things. When I hit a snag in customizing, Rajesh fixed it in 5 minutes by sharing my screen. Great database, great customer service.

The support at Apptivo in AMAZING! I worked with a team led by Velu to import 15K+ contacts and 72K+ emails and notes from another CRM. They have been extremely helpful, responsive, and on top of all the technical challenges I've had along the way with getting started. I evaluated numerous other CRMs before deciding on Apptivo. It has given me a lot of confidence as a new user to know that their support is first class and that I have experts that respond to my inquiries quickly and thoroughly so that I can customize my set up and get the CRM up and running. Highly recommend!
