I had a problem with Apptivo configuration and users access. So I contacted Apptivo Support in chat and told that I don't have a possibility to call them from my side. Even phone line hours were ended, I received a link to a Zoom meeting, which was much better than a phone call as I could share the screen and show actual issue. Kal was the support representative who helped me and I'm thankful for his help. It didn't take a lot of time to find out what happens and move straight to the resolution of the problem.
