UPDATES
December 2023
> Google™ are still yet to release the ability to handle Smart Chips in Google Sheets.

HOW TO USE
After installing:

1) You can access the tool from any Google Sheet™, by clicking the 'Show side panel' button at the far bottom right of the Sheet. Then select the 'Archive Sheet data' icon to open the Add-on (if you already had your Google Sheet™ open when you installed the Add-on then you may need to refresh the page first for the new icon to appear).

2) When you are ready click 'GET STARTED'. Use the dropdown boxes to select where you are moving data from/to (your preferences will automatically be saved for future). Remember to ensure you have copied the Header row to your destination tab so that the row of data can be appended under it.

3) Now click anywhere in the row(s) of the data that you want archiving and then select the 'ARCHIVE ROWS' button.

4) A success message will confirm it has been moved. Click the 'BACK' button to return and continue archiving to your heart's content!

Use the 'Settings' button in order to adjust the type of formatting you want to preserve or to be able to select multiple rows of data.

CAVEATS
At the moment the Add-on does not transfer:
> Cell Comments - recommended you create a separate column for Comments if you wish to retain these.

Also note:
> Tickboxes will retain their value but will become 'true' or 'false' in the destination tab.
> Formulas will be lost but the resultant value maintained eg if you have a 'SUM' formula in a cell it will archive the total of that Sum.
> There will be no 'cell history' available as the entire source row is deleted after the move. 'Version history' still remains available however.

PRICING
This Add-on has a 14 day free trial period then requests a monthly subscription of £2 to continue using it and all features. No adverts, no in-app purchases, no price increases.
