Asana's own "Export to Google Sheets™" is gated to Advanced and Enterprise plans, capped at a few hundred rows, and can't snapshot on a schedule. Asana Exporter fixes that: it pulls any Asana project or portfolio straight into a Google Sheet™ and keeps it refreshed on a schedule — hourly, daily, or weekly — on every Asana plan.

WHAT IT DOES
• Export any Asana project into a sheet tab in one click.
• Export a whole portfolio: every member project's tasks combined into one tab.
• Pick exactly the columns you want: standard fields (task name, assignee, due date, completed, section, tags, created/modified, notes, permalink) plus your typed custom fields — text, number, enum, multi-enum, date, and people values are flattened to readable cells.
• Schedule automatic refreshes: manual, hourly, daily, or weekly. Each tab is stamped with its last-refreshed time and row count.
• No artificial row cap — large projects resume across runs automatically, so exports aren't limited by Apps Script's execution window.

HOW IT WORKS
Connect with an Asana personal access token (My Settings → Apps → Developer Console). Your token is stored privately in your Google™ account's add-on storage — never written into the spreadsheet, never visible to people you share the sheet with. Task data flows directly from Asana to your Google Sheet™. We run no servers and never receive your data.
