What is the point of updating the software if it is going to remove the functionality of the app? I can no longer access my Asana profile from Gmail. Now I have to log into Asana's sight, and I keep getting a message that my free trial has ended. Is the app integration free or now?

The new upgrade is terrible and non-functional. The search feature is broken. Dates don't work. I already complained to the help function about it. I thought it would be fixed in a day or two but it has lasted for a month now. I will move from Asana to Google Tasks if this continues. Please fix ASAP!

I previously used this a lot; it had some limitations, like other reviews mentioned, but it was passable. With the recent upgrade, most of the useful features are gone. For example, I can't retitle a task; it automatically populates with the email subject line. Additionally, there isn't a way to search for a project. There's a "search" button, but no text field to narrow the search results or find what you're looking for. This plug in is basically useless at this point.

This was working great, then the interface just changed. I didn't update anything or sign out, but it's useless now. I can't assign anything or add details to a project I'm assigning from Gmail.

Poor customer service, poor billing service. We keep trying to reach out to them, and no response from the billing department. What a disappointment.

Very limited and slow. I would LOVE if I could manage custom fields in the panel. Creating tasks and making comments isn't super helpful overall. I still find myself clicking into Asana to do everything because the app just doesn't offer much functionality.

Missing extremely obvious features. For example, you can't just see a list of tasks or projects, and you can only add an email as a new task, not to an existing task, even as a subtask. Navigation is so limited as to be functionally non-existent.
