Automagical Forms is designed for taking existing PDFs and Google Docs™ and creating Google Forms™. Automagical Forms currently only supports multiple choice and short answer question types. Currently math equations are not supported.

Automagical Forms creates editable Google Forms™. Customize your Form and add different question types after creation. Complex forms, images, radio options, or non standard presentation of questions may not be detected. 

The free version allows you to create Google Forms™ from 1 - 2 page documents. A maximum of 6 pages per month. Note that image and handwriting recognition are not provided in the free version. Upgrading is easy with a variety of price plans from single user to company-wide.

"You are in uncharted waters...please return back to whence you came or risk falling into the abyss." This error code plus the spinning wheel of death is all I could get accomplished with this app.

Hi, I've just installed it and it pops up the screen to select on google docs and drive but the questions are not created when I click on the buttome. only 4 questions. it is not woking on my google slides. i gave all permissions. Very sad. Id appreciate it if u cd kindly provide feedback. thx

It's ok. But sometimes it glitches so pls fix that. Another thing is when it tells me that my files are too big. Like what the actual hell my guy? I mean it's a good app it just has glitches.

Every time I try to use it I get an error saying the something went wrong when executing the add on (Automagical). I just need one pdf converted to a Google Form and I can’t do it.
