As a freelancer, I have needed a simple, intuitive but powerful system that was reasonably priced. Something that combined Project Management, Recurring Invoicing, Easy Client entry, Budgets (retainers) all in one package that works and looks nice. Oh and I can easily brand for my clients who will need to add projects. Well I found it here.

What we like about Avaza is how you can organize the platform tailored to you team's process. It is easy and straight to the point. Clean, simple and functional. If you're looking for a platform that can manage your project very well, you are looking at the right platform.

We are a small start-up company and have been searching for a finance, time-tracking, and project management tracking system that we could afford...we found it with Avaza! We had been using another vendor for the finance portion but when I went to add the time tracking and project management components it was over hundreds each month. Avaza is affordable, simple, and meets our needs! Thank you Avaza for delivering a high quality program that small businesses can afford. Also, the customer services is exceptional!

We have been using it to manage our staff on our large online community and are very pleased with it. It is simple, easy to use, and the reason we chose Avaza over competitors was the much better pricing available. Would definitely reccomend to communities, start ups and other organisations.

I have only been using Avaza for a short time but have been really pleased with the functionality which allows me to run my business efficiently. The customer support from the Avaza team has been some of the best I've experienced, so I would have no hesitation in recommending Avaza.

Avaza has become our one-stop shop systems, where we manage both our clients and our team. Being able to track projects, assignments, timelines, expenses and payments in one location has cut out a lot of miscommunications. The platform takes just a little getting used to (especially if you've been using Asana), but once you learn where the buttons are (there's videos for that), it makes business life a LOT easier.

Avaza has been awesome for organizing our business! We are able to keep all our projects and tasks in one place, with easy access for all team members to communicate and collaborate. The timesheet and invoice features have been easy to use and very useful! The customer service is spot on; they are always responsive and helpful! It is definitely an all-in-one solution that any business should consider.

Avaza is the perfect fit if you juggle multiple projects and tasks for many clients. I love that invoicing lives within the app. And the comments function is great for communicating with my team. I've also found their customer support to be great. Highly recommended.

Avaza is the all-in-one solution I've been looking for. After trying at least a dozen other apps, I have settled on Avaza, which covers all of our accounting, time tracking, project management and administration needs, for less than the monthly cost of the app I was using previously (not mentioning any names, H). I couldn't be happier with the user-friendly layout and straightforward approach Avaza have used - there's no jargon and everything makes sense. Well done Avaza, you've managed to achieve what I was beginning to think nobody had... an app which covers all the bases for a price tag a small business like mine can afford.
