Awesome Table lets you do two things without technical skills:

➤ Import data from third-party applications such as Hubspot or Zendesk, or REST APIs into Google Sheets

➤ Showcase that data as interactive catalogs, directories, FAQs, Google Maps, or Gantt charts to be embedded in your website or intranet.

The easiest way to get started is in our Google Sheets add-on:
1) Install the Awesome Table add-on
2) In a Google Sheet, go to Extensions > Awesome Table > Import data
3) Select a data source to import data from
4) Configure the data you want to extract
5) Run your query
Your data magically appears in your Google Sheet!

The add-on provides built-in data import for a growing list of data sources which makes it easy to log in to a selected service with your existing account and import your data into Google Sheets.

The list below provides an overview of the data you can import with the built-in connectors.

YouTube: Comment threads related to channel, Comments about channel, Comment for a video, Most popular videos, My playlists. My rated videos, My subscriptions, Playlist items, Playlists for a channel, Search channels or playlists, Search videos, Subscriptions for a channel, Video information

Here are a few examples of what you can build with Awesome Table:
➤ Catalogs: create sales assets portals, product catalogs, document libraries, training catalogs, people directories, and projects portfolios.
➤ Google Maps: create maps of your customers, stores, suppliers, warehouses, projects, etc. Easily attach a table to it.
➤ Knowledge bases & FAQs: quickly create a knowledge base, an FAQ, or an issue resolution matrix.
➤ Gantt charts: turn your action tracking spreadsheets into visual Gantt charts.
➤ Data summaries: quickly create some pie charts, bar charts, top-10 tables and word clouds to summarize your data from surveys, requests, and tickets.
➤ Newsfeed: create carousels full of the latest news, testimonials, accolades, and more.
➤ Org charts: create simple org charts or hierarchies.
Awesome Table works great with images, videos, hyperlinks, and almost anything from the web.
We have 8 main view types: table, cards, google maps, charts, geochart, org chart, gantt chart, and slideshow.
➤ No coding skills required: if you can make a spreadsheet, you can make an Awesome Table.
➤ Filters and search: easily add interactive and intuitive filters and full text search, directly from the spreadsheet.
➤ Embed anywhere: embed your Awesome Table on any site, including Google Sites, Wordpress, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Lumapps, Happeo, Wix, Confluence, Weebly, and Squarespace.
➤ Easy data management: updating your data is as easy as editing the spreadsheet. Anybody can do it.
➤ Ready-to-use templates: make your app in minutes by starting from a premade template from our template gallery.
➤ Fully customizable: know how to code or work with developers? Fully customize your Awesome Table with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
➤ Safe and secure: Awesome Table never uploads your data to our servers. They are fetched at display time from your browser.
➤ Easy permissions management: manage permissions directly from your spreadsheet. Whoever can see your sheet can see your app.
➤ Web-friendly: works well with images, hyperlinks, and videos.
➤ Usage reports: track all your Awesome Tables’ key stats in the usage metrics dashboard.
Awesome Table is both simple and extensible, It is made for data that often needs to be changed and with privacy in mind:
➤ Nocode tools such as Appsheet, Smartsheet, Bubble, Parabola, Adalo have more features but are complex to configure. While presented as “no-code”, they still require an expert of the tool to build something with it, and editing the data is difficult. They are also inflexible, meaning if you actually know how to code, even a little bit, there is no way that you can use your skills to extend or customize your app in those applications, and they instead make you jump through huge amounts of configuration options.
➤ An enterprise CMS is great for working with static data that is controlled by a global communication team. However, for data that changes regularly, and needs to be edited by business users, Awesome Table is the best. It even easily integrates with Lumapps, Happeo, Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams.
➤ Awesome Table never uploads or stores your data on its servers, unlike most other tools. Your data stays in your spreadsheet, and is fetched at display time. More details below.

➤ Free Plan: 500 pageview limit
➤ Paid apps start at $39 / user / month

Awesome Table is GDPR compliant as we do not store or transfer any personal data. This is because your data (mailing list) is stored in your Google Sheets and is never saved in our database.
Our DPA is available online and is incorporated by reference to the Terms of Service that you (or your domain admin) accepts when starting using the application.
Upon completion of DPA, it is stipulated that: The application of lawful data transfer mechanisms for our customers who wish to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EEA) in accordance with Article 45 or 46 of the GDPR, relies on entering into Standard Contractual Clauses or offer any alternative transfer solution if requested (for example, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield).
On July 16, 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union issued a judgment declaring as “invalid” the European Commission’s Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. As a result of that decision, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework is no longer a valid mechanism to comply with EU data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union to the United States.
However, Awesome Gapps does not depend on the Privacy Shield mechanism. Rather, Awesome Gapps relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses to transfer all of its users’ EEA personal data in compliance with the GDPR. The Court confirmed that such Standard Contractual Clauses remain a valid data export mechanism. The Standard Contractual Clauses are referenced in and automatically apply through Awesome Gapps' Data Processing Addendum, which you can find here.
This means that our users can take comfort that their EEA personal data continues to be protected to European standards in compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

AwesomeTable allows us to control quality of delivery As a worldwide training services provider (, our team manage a network of 450 trainers. For each of our trainers, we collect feedback at the end of each training session with Google form. Our responses sheet has now more than 40 000 lines making it impossible to easily read through. With just a click, we plugged AwesomeTable into our response sheet and now have a fast and efficient dashboard to analyse quality results per trainer, per country or even filter on lower grades to help improve our practice.

Meets a real need (huge gap left by Google) to display selected Google Sheets data within Web pages. Glad I stumbled across this (saved me working out how to build something - much more inferior - like it)!
