This app connects Google Chat to your organization's existing Axle account. When someone reports a problem with a vehicle, the app sends the message text, any attached photos, and the reporter's name and email address to Axle, where it becomes a work request your maintenance team can act on. The app also reads your Axle vehicle list to match the identifier in the message to the right vehicle.
