I've been using Beebole for 6 or 7 years and it's been more than worthwhile. There is a lot you can do with it and I'm still uncovering features. Apart from a fast, simple calendar, the best thing is being able to slice and dice reports however you want to. And the budgetting features, which give you a live take on how much money you are losing/winning on any particular project or subproject. The support team is great too - prompt and friendly.

It is a powerful tool to not only keep track of general time, but also a way to see how you are actually spending time- once you get it set up for yourself. Because it is so customizable it can easily get too granular if you aren't careful. This can be intimidating for people who aren't the most tech-savvy.

We are a small non-profit on GSuite and have just renewed our subscription for Beebole because we were so happy with it. We have been really happy with many aspects - pricing, ease of use, support. Beebole has very generous pricing models for charities and non-profits which is critical for small non-profits with budgetary constraints. As users our staff can submit timesheets very quickly and easily so it doesn't seem to be a burden to them. As a manager I can develop reports and easy to understand dashboards on the fly - easily share them with the stakeholders. This has allowed us to generate insights on how and where most of our staff spends time on. This is helping us plan activities accordingly. The support is also excellent. I just send in my questions over the chat and I receive answers within a reasonable timeframe. Overall we are very pleased.

We have been using BeeBole Time sheet since 2014 for our international company and it's been flawless, a true cloud based 'set and forget' system! At the time I did extensive research and it is the only time sheet system that I know of that has native support for multiple languages AND also minimal reliance on reading! Since some of our employees may have difficulty reading but they still have been able to fill out their BeeBole time sheet on a phone without a problem due to it's very easy interface! But my favourite feature is the rapid time entry with the ability to copy time between days and weeks, there's still nothing really like it in terms of speed!. Highly recommended! Try it out! I have set up on my own with effect from 1 May 2020 providing tax consultancy services. BeeBole has been a real help as it provides me with the discipline to record time, and hence justify fees charged to Clients. I like the flexibility of being to charge per task so that when I am doing routine "clerical" administration I can record time spent at a lower hourly rate than the rates I charge for "clever" technical tax consultancy work, tax investigations, dealing with HMRC etc. etc.and charge an intermediate rate for tax compliance work. In this way I can easily record time knowing that at month end I will have a nice report to send out with Fee Notes and let the Client have complete transparency in work done and the associated fee. Finally the colourful graphics and ongoing reporting of accumulated time/fees, breakdown per Client etc. etc. (KPI) are all presented with the time sheet itself and I find them a handy tool to motivate me, especially useful having started my own Firm in these strange pandemic times with no face to face Client contact and continual working at home.

Excellent time keeping service. It is customisable to what you need it for. We only needed a simple clear layout to track hours for our team. There is a-lot more functionality but I appreciate that it works for the simple task I need it for. The user interface is also customisable so that the task we need shows up clearly and simply on our individual computer screens.

We've been using BeeBole since 2013, and I can't imagine changing timekeeping platforms. As a manager, we use Beebole to capture and report on project time for over 150 projects. We monitor billable and non-billable project time logged by a team member. We use reports to evaluate how to increase our billable project time.We also use Beebole to view who is under- and over- utilized throughout the year. Beebole reporting has become an integral part of resource discussions with upper management. Overall, Beebole is easy to use by both an individual team member and those needing to extract data for management reports.
