You can use Bigin's extensive library of ready-made pipelines or build your own; either way, you can be fully operational in under an hour adding custom elements as you go. Add to this Bigin's add on for gmail and it's an ultra simple process to import leads from inbox to CRM with just a couple of clicks. We would highly recommend Bigin to any business looking to implement more structured workflows and save time in the process.

It is very designed app for small scale business, One of the biggest benefits for me is visibility. Instead of digging through old threads to remember who said what, I can see the full communication history tied to a contact right inside my inbox. That context is incredibly helpful when you’re juggling multiple conversations with different people. It makes my replies more informed and professional because I’m not guessing or relying on memory. What really stands out to me is how this add-on reduces mental clutter. I don’t have to keep reminders in my head or maintain separate to-do lists just to track conversations. Everything is connected in one place, which lowers stress and helps me focus on actually building relationships instead of just managing information. Over time, that kind of efficiency adds up and makes a real difference in how confidently and consistently I handle professional communication. Its clean and intuitive interface works smoothly on both desktop and mobile, and the mobile app is especially helpful for accessing data, managing leads, and scheduling follow-ups while on the move. I value the reliable customer support, as assistance is always readily available when needed. Bigin also integrates seamlessly with tools like Shopify, Zapier, Google Workspace, and Outlook, which significantly simplifies day-to-day operations. It hooks up with Shopify for our online orders and Google Workspace for our emails. Budget-Friendly: The pricing is spot-on for a growing business. You get a lot of bang for your buck. It does have a few caps on record limits and automations, and I’d love a built-in "target meter" to track our monthly sales goals visually.
