The platform is highly customizable, allowing me to adjust pipelines and lead management strategies to suit my workflow. Its clean and intuitive interface works smoothly on both desktop and mobile, and the mobile app is especially helpful for accessing data, managing leads, and scheduling follow-ups while on the move. I value the reliable customer support, as assistance is always readily available when needed. Bigin also integrates seamlessly with tools like Shopify, Zapier, Google Workspace, and Outlook, which significantly simplifies day-to-day operations. The pricing is very reasonable considering the range of features offered. That said, there are some drawbacks, such as limits on records, pipelines, and automations, and a few missing features like a target meter.
