Zoho Bigin is an amazing CRM software, they have provided all of the features of an expensive CRM (Monday, Asuna, etc..) in a very simplified interface. I love it and I highly recommend it for anyone who is trying to manage their sales leads. t’s lightweight yet powerful—ideal for small teams that don’t need a complex CRM. Setting up pipelines and custom fields took just minutes, and the mobile app makes it super easy to manage leads on the go. Highly recommended for those looking for a no-frills, effective CRM that actually saves time. Instant context inside Gmail – Every time I open an email, I can see the contact’s full CRM history, deals in progress, and notes. No more switching tabs or digging for details. One-click deal creation – I can add contacts or create deals right from an email thread. It’s fast, frictionless, and saves me hours every week. Syncs beautifully with Bigin’s main app – Everything I do in Gmail reflects instantly in my pipelines. It keeps my workflow tight and tidy. An amazing CRM tool for managing sales in a startup. Our work was made a lot easier by the pipeline view of the bigin dashboard. The Bigin team helped me get onboarded smoothly and asked if I needed everything and provided simple solutions to my problems. The Bigin application is well suited for our needs, after 2 month of trial. We are a small business and the features offered are (almost) enough, we might need to extend a little more the "pipeline" features. In this respect, the gmail integration is especially useful as it concentrates the many places where we need to hold and use contact information. I don’t use tools myself, but from what I know about **Bigin by Zoho CRM**, it’s a great solution for small businesses looking for an easy-to-use and cost-effective CRM. Users often find it intuitive, especially with its visual pipeline management and automation features. The simplicity allows businesses to quickly organize and track leads and deals, without feeling overwhelmed by complex setups. It’s particularly valuable for teams that need something straightforward, but its limited advanced features might leave larger or more complex businesses wanting more. Overall, it's a solid tool for growing businesses that need a reliable CRM without the complexity. An amazing CRM tool both from the Ops team perspective and from the developers perspective. super easy to locate, install and use from the sidebar. I like how well Zoho products integrate with Gmail. I did have a slight hiccup trying to sign-in to my Gmail account from the sidebar but I think It was an internet issue or workspace setting. I have had great success with all other zoho apps.

Super convenient for staying on top of leads right from Gmail I’ve been using the Bigin Gmail add-on for a few weeks now and it’s honestly a game-changer. I no longer have to keep switching between Gmail and my CRM – I can view, add, and update contacts and deals directly from my inbox. The integration is smooth, and it pulls up relevant info as soon as I open an email from a contact.
