An amazing CRM tool both from the Ops team perspective and from the developers perspective. Our work was made a lot easier by the pipeline view of the bigin dashboard. The Bigin team helped me get onboarded smoothly and asked if I needed everything and provided simple solutions to my problems.

If you use Bigin by Zoho, then you have to use the Gmail add-on. It lets you manage leads, track deals, and update contacts from your inbox so there's no need to jump between tabs. The setup is easy and we started logging emails and accessing CRM data straight away.
