Bigin is very user-friendly and very easy to understand even for CRM beginners. We use Bigin mainly to track how well our business is doing and its simple User Interface allows us to immediately see tasks and updates on new projects. The trial period also helped us understand the CRM first before we fully commit. So far, Bigin looks like a great investment!
