• Scan with the phone you already have
  Open a link on your phone and use its camera as a barcode scanner. Receive, issue, transfer
  and count — each scan lands in the same spreadsheet, instantly. No app to install.

• A ledger you can trust
  You never type a balance. Every entry, exit, transfer and adjustment is a line in the
  Movements tab, with who did it and when. The balance is always the sum of its movements,
  so a wrong number can always be explained.

• Barcode labels that fit your paper
  Print sheets of labels for products and locations, sized for the label stock you have.
  No barcodes yet? Binslot generates valid EAN-13 codes reserved for in-house use.

• Low-stock alerts by e-mail
  A daily digest of what to reorder, plus an immediate warning the moment an item crosses
  its minimum. Sent from your own account, to the addresses you choose.

• Physical counts with a paper trail
  Count a location, type what you found, and Binslot records the difference as a traceable
  adjustment — never a silent edit.

• Import what you already have
