For the hands on business owner without an Accounting background. For the simplicity to review all transactions through your various bank accounts in one page. Integration to link all bank accounts,...when I can't log in to certain bank accounts or payments website because x-y-z, I can simply refer to bkper to check on payments. And! You speak directly to the founding team when you have a problem you can't resolve. For the ones looking for the underdogs! Mainstream accounting software sucks so much . Bkper is user friendly with a bit of coding/ Google Sheets knowledge. It took some time and research to find a bookeeper who is adept to work with you- but it's a product that once you're on board, you become a die hard.

It's just simply intuitive and easy to use. Double-entry bookkeeping is less prone to error compared to single-entry recommended for the self-employed so that's what I was looking for to get accurate accounts. I didn't know bkper would make it simple to do. I found bkper last week and have been hooked because the tutorials/YouTube videos make learning to use it easy. Its integration with other Google tools on the cloud makes it very convenient; having my accountant do my taxes now will be a matter of giving them access to my books online (no shoebox of receipts to carry around). Only good teams make good products so kudos to the bkper team; the app still has some things to work through but I have confidence in this team. My questions were promptly answered and satisfactorily too. Keep up the good work!

Cheaper than other cloud based accounting. Automates tax recording. No inventory function. Easy edit and corrections of postings. Easy Transaction search and Accounts summaries & reports. Best suited to sole trader or micro business. Overall this has been a very practical and much cheaper alternative to Quickbooks, MYOB, Xero, etc.

Best Bookkeeping software I have ever used hands down. If you main google for your accounts (drive, gmail, etc.) across your devices, this is a great program to keep track of your finances. There's a reason why your here reading reviews, this is it champ. I used many other bookkeeping applications for 5 years and I just recently found this. I find it the most efficient for me. Like I mentioned, if you are a google user, you will find this program very user-friendly and flexible. One thing I'd like to mention is that the mobile version of this program , (iPhone 14 Pro Max User here) can't be relied on if you don't use the desktop version at all. It's just an extremely simplified UI of the desktop version. There's no settings to adjust or network of accounts to modify, it's just a literal plug-in-per-transaction a.k.a. just add the date + description. However, the mobile app still synchronizes with the desktop app, and each time you type in a line, the smart bot in the desktop version will grab the information and input the values for you. All you have to do is intuitively setup your book with the right shortcuts (hashtags, account names/network/groups etc.) and the integrated smart bot will input for you. You have the option to review later when you log into the desktop. I'm looking forward to the improvements, although I find it working perfectly. Have not ran into issues, and consistency so far has been superb. The auditing feature is phenomenal, and super quick. I was on the free membership for a day and it was enough time for me to find just what I need to subscribe to a monthly subscription for the massive transaction pool to share with my significant other. Very content.

Bkper is perfect for my small business. I am a direct to consumer business, so I don't really carry any inventory. I felt that I didn't need all the "bells and whistles" QB had to offer and I am so glad I found Bkper. They are perfect for home finances or a small business. The best part is in their customer service. I have had to contact them twice and both times they replied within a few hours and had it fixed within the day!

Quite simple and straightforward application, data input & Output is quite easy through Google sheets. Jacob and Mael both are very supportive and always keen to help on all the issues doesn't matter its small or complex. Overall it was a nice experience working with Bkper team.

I use Bkper for my growing business and my personal finances. It is the BEST. It’s fairly learnable and there are tutorial on youtube which equips you the right knowledge to get you started. It’s even very generous by giving me 1 month of premium experience for FREE. Kudos to Bkper team, Hoping for your contined growth!

I've been using bkper for over three years now and it has been great. Nothing can make bookkeeping fun, but this at least makes it pretty painless. It makes data entry very easy, as well as attaching images of receipts. The kicker is that it integrates with google sheets for when I need to run a report!

Bkper is a truly Google Workspace companion. At its core it reliably records the various transactions. The data for those transactions can be captured in multiple ways. We will be using AppSheet forms to collect relevant transactions in the field and store relevant additional information as properties of an account head. The ability to automate an admistration in two currencies is a real time saver. The API interface and the Google add-on facilitate fetching data for analytical and dashboard purposes without the overhead that this usually entails. It requires some learning to grasp the vast number of options Bkper offers. It's a worthwhile time investment to do so, though; Bkper's flexibility to configure it to our needs saved numerous man-hours and gained valuable insights into our processes. We are a distributed organization with offices in Asia, Africa, and Australia. With Bkper we can all work together as if we were in one office. I can highly recommend it for small to medium-sized organizations.
