Blackbaud continually aims to empower its users to spend less time in the office and more time on their mission. Blackbaud for Gmail™ streamlines the process for creating actions, providing the information and context fundraisers need while interacting with constituents through Gmail™. Fundraisers can view valuable constituent details — such as contact information, giving history, and current prospect status — directly within Gmail™. Fundraisers can also add the email content to actions for constituents with a handful of clicks, with no typing or copying of data required. Standard fields — such as direction and completed date — default in, and the body of the email automatically appears in the notes of the action, (while providing the option to edit as needed). NOTE: This add-on can only be used by Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT or Church Management customers.

What on earth is this? I have been trying to register, get the thing working, I've signed in using my google account, but now it's talking about buying Sales and Renewals. Surely it should be clear that this is a PAID FOR software right up front so I don't waste my time trying to figure out this convoluted process, only to find I would have to subscribe to something... bad show!

They change the functionality so much and it is very buggy in my opinion. One week it automatically adds the fundraisers, the next you are supposed to choose them, but that functionality does not work so you are left with a mess to clean up. I understand BB is trying to improve, but wish they did not go backwards

Would love it more if the RE data pane would remain open all the time. Becomes annoying to constantly have to click on the NXT icon to open the donor info. Other gmail add-ons remain open in that pane, so surely this is something you can add, or at least make an option.

Great add-on for non-profits that use RE NXT. Would love it more if the RE data pane would remain open all the time. Becomes annoying to constantly have to click on the NXT icon to open the donor info. Other gmail add-ons remain open in that pane, so surely this is something you can add, or at least make an option. The at-a-glance data is incredibly useful when replying to donors.

When it works it is great. Although it often says offline even when I am online and I don't see a way to change this. Very disappointing.
