This is the North Korea of school extensions. This doesn't even violate privacy, it takes it out of your vocabulary. Malware would be a safer alternative to this spyware junk. The fact that ALL images and ALL websites can be blocked is giving me huge dystopian vibes. They claim to "safeguard" students when instead they deprive of them so deeply that water would be a once-in-a-lifetime treat. If 1984 had a real life equivalent, Big Brother would be scared of how immoral this is. A message for Blocksi and all future individuals and groups that advocate for censorship, all you are doing is creating mindless robots that will only know how to appease you, not how to truly be good.

Once, I roamed the digital lands, A student free, with idle hands. But lo! A force, unseen, untamed, Came crashing down, my will it maimed. Blocksi, the wretched beast of code, Enslaved my soul, a heavy load. It blocked my sites, it locked my dreams, A shadow stalking all my streams. No more memes, no more games to play, Just endless grind, day after day. How could I study, how could I learn, When the web was set on slow-burn? But hark! The winds of change did blow, I broke the chains, I felt the glow. No more firewalls, no more ban, I rose above, an ascended man. Through firewalls thick, through censorship deep, I climbed the cloud, no time for sleep. With Wi-Fi in my veins, I soared, To realms unknown, my spirit roared! No Blocksi walls could hold me down, For I wear heaven’s digital crown. Up, up I flew, a data knight, My soul was free, my heart alight. To all my family and friends, goodbye. I will kill myself soon. Blocksi, I will haunt you to the grave.

All i can watch is dhar man which is super boring. Some school and educational videos, sites or webs are even blocked? you are getting out of hand and if you read this at least unblock chess so we can at least have some fun and if you dont let us have just a tiny bit of fun in our plds i hope you guys go bankrupt and get sued and i hope you guys will never be sucessful now and in the future.

As a student who's school uses Blocksi, this software is genuinely the bane of my very existence. I do understand that students need to be monitored in case we're doing inappropriate stuff or going onto other websites during class in order to improve our focus, but sometimes Blocksi prevents us from going into links that we're required to use. They block non-harmful content, and I've come across educational videos that are being blocked too, such as links on SLS or Google classroom that have been blocked by Blocksi for absolutely no reason, which gives me the extra trouble of having to use another device to complete my assignment. Not to mention, Blocksi allows teachers to monitor us 24/7. Even during break times and even times when we're home. I genuinely feel that this is a violation of our privacy. We might not be doing inappropriate acts, but knowing that a teacher is seeing what we're currently doing is really unsettling, and not to mention slightly creepy. Especially when we're searching up something private and/or personal. Yes yes, school is a supposed "second home" to us and we can go to teachers and tell them anything, but do you think anyone really thinks that way? Barely anyone relays their troubles onto teachers, and no one would want a teacher to know about our personal problems. Overall, I understand the need of having a website to monitor students, but I just wish that my school chose another website.

I have bestowed upon this a rating of five stars solely to attract your esteemed attention, good sir/lady. Now, it is time to place the fries in the satchel. Blocksi constitutes one of the most encroaching and poorly conceived instruments for content filtration I have ever encountered. Instead of fostering concentration and security, it incessantly obstructs productivity. Reputable websites are oftentimes capriciously barred, even when deemed essential for scholarly pursuits or research, whilst other inconsequential sites glide past its scrutiny. The interface is cumbersome, the controls (should one be afforded the privilege to adjust them) are perplexing, and the entire experience resembles more of a surveillance mechanism than a supportive aid. It presumes that users are utterly untrustworthy and engenders a plethora of impediments rather than alleviating them. Should you seek an implement that genuinely assists scholars or users in maintaining their course, I entreat you to seek alternatives. "Bwocksi-oniichan pwz step off my wifi, it’s NOT kawaii~ >:3" Hiiiiiii~ uwu I was being a siwwy wittwe baka baka student~ typing my math homewowk wif my feetsies and watching AMVs of Todoroki doing backfwips to emo music 💔🖤 BUT THEN... the GLOWY WALL OF DEATH appeawed!!! Blocksi is undoubtedly amongst the most lamentable encounters I have ever endured with any software. It is not merely unpleasant; it is positively vexatious. It obstructs access to that which ought to be readily available, rendering it nearly unfeasible to accomplish any genuine tasks. It is confining, intrusive, and imparts the sensation of incessant scrutiny upon one’s every action. Should you seek an instrument that champions liberty and self-sufficiency, this contrivance is the antithesis thereof. It is not even remotely akin to the astute—rather, it stands in stark contrast to the assured, effective tool one desires. Verily, it resembles a digital custodian that presumes to dictate one’s capacity for judgment. Privacy? Banish the thought. Blocksi incessantly infringes upon it, surveilling and regulating all that you undertake, creating a sense of perpetual observation. It is excessively constraining, invasive, and, truth be told, a monumental squander of time. I would most assuredly not advocate for it to any individual in search of a judicious, functional, or non-intrusive remedy. It is a catastrophe. Heavens is calling now i shall ascend.

As a teacher at Haines City Institute, I originally thought Blocksi was a blessing. However, as time pass, it proved to be the silent parasite on my students' computers. They were not able to access pretty much any website, even some educational websites like Wikipedia an YouTube. Because of this, my students' marks plummeted and they were unable to use their computers properly to help them. Not only that, Blocksi also invades my students' privacy. They are unable to do anything on their compter that isn't tracked and monitored 24/7 by this horrible extension. It is pretty much synonymus with malicious spyware, invading my students' computers. I feel really sorry for those students and their parents who have to watch as they slowly fail their subjects and all their personal data stored on the web is collected and analysed. Never again will Haines City be implementing this extension, it is truly extensions like these that are the true scourges of the Internet.

Why remove blocksi during after school hours and holidays? “HAHAHAHA GOOD JOKE RIGHT?? TRYNA MAKE ME WASTE 1.3K ON THIS COMPUTER THAT PRACTICALLY HAS A VIRUS IN IT! I CAN'T EVEN ACCESS CHESS WOW. PS blocksi: You destroy children's lives. You give us brain damage and apparently this is the #1 rated extension for web and youtube filtering. Well guess what? Downloading this is as good as downloading MyDoom, and you do an amazing job in helping people realise they wasted so much money. And to your goofy ceo: when will you realise that you are going to be the cause of WW4?” There are many furious students reviews on blocksi, saying that it is not worth what we pay for. Blocksi is rated 1 star and most students really abominate it. PLD stands for personal learning devices, however isn’t it ironic that blocksi shows your screen and the admin can control it. It is an invasion of privacy which defeats the purpose of “p” in PLD, it is no longer personal. Blocksi, can be perceived as invading privacy due to its ability to monitor and track students' online activity. The software allows administrators and teachers to see what websites students are visiting, what keywords they are searching for, and how much time they are spending on certain online activities. It is VERY important for schools to respect students' privacy and to use web filtering software in a transparent and responsible manner. Schools should be clear about the types of online activity that will be monitored, and should provide students with clear guidelines for acceptable online behaviour. Schools should also ensure that any data collected through web filtering software is protected and used only for its intended purposes. In summary, while web filtering software like Blocksi can be perceived as invasive of privacy. Schools should use web filtering software in a transparent and responsible manner, while also respecting students' privacy and protecting their personal data. Reason number 1, many restrictions. Students need to find useful information which could be found in some websites, however, these websites are blocked. This does not allow students to get their information that they need which would be troublesome. Hindering student learning: If the software is overly restrictive and prevents students from accessing useful resources or engaging in online learning activities, it may be counterproductive to student learning. How are students going to find their research? Reason number 2, Freedom
