Blocksi: "Hey bestieeeeee. JK, you blocked here's the only thing you can work on." Me: "Why Blocksi is great." Blocksi: "Yeah, it's a article on why we are great!" Me: "What about school stuff?" Blocksi: "We don't need THAT TRASH. It only gets in the way!" Me: "Are you actually a virus infecting my computer?" Blocksi: "Bestie, why would you think THAT? 🫥" Me: "Because you act like one." Blocksi: "Thtas not true! You are just trying to insult me." Me: "I'm not insulting you. I'm describing you." (To be countinued. I have to go to bed soon.)

King Von was known for being real, unfiltered, and unapologetically himself. If he ever saw something like Blocksi—an internet filter that blocks websites, videos, games, and anything “too fun”—he probably wouldn’t approve at all. Von grew up valuing freedom, choices, and learning things through real experiences. Someone trying to lock down your screen like it’s a digital prison? Yeah… he wouldn’t be rocking with that. On a serious note, Von’s story was built on survival, independence, and finding his own path. Tools like Blocksi can feel like the complete opposite—strict limits, heavy control, and no respect for personal space. Von believed in taking responsibility, standing on your own ten toes, and making decisions based on what you know, not what someone else forces on you. Blocksi, in that sense, feels like the type of thing that treats people like they can’t think for themselves. But let’s be real… imagine King Von looking at a laptop with Blocksi on it, trying to load a simple YouTube video only to get hit with that big “ACCESS DENIED” message. He would be like, “Man, what is this?!” And now the kawaii part kicks in: picture tiny chibi King Von with sparkly anime eyes, arms crossed, tapping his foot while the little Blocksi mascot nervously sweats. “Stop blocking my stuff,” chibi Von demands, while cute pastel stars float around him ✨😤. Still, behind the kawaii moments, the message stays serious: Von didn’t believe in artificial limits. He believed in letting people learn, fail, grow, and think on their own. Blocksi tries to create a bubble, but bubbles eventually pop. And whether you picture King Von in real life or in adorable chibi form, one thing stays the same—he would want people to have freedom, knowledge, and the ability to choose their own lane.

Blocksi: Crushing Student Dreams, One Block at a Time Blocksi is the ultimate power trip for teachers. Sure, it’s amazing for keeping kids on task by blocking distractions like game sites, but the real fun? Watching students try (and fail) to outsmart it. Nothing beats the look on their faces when they think they’ve found a loophole, only to be greeted by the cold, unfeeling Blocksi block page. The best part? Letting them think they’ve won by leaving a game unblocked just long enough for them to get comfortable. Then, BAM... block it mid-game and watch the despair set in. They’ll hit refresh a dozen times, frantically click other tabs, and eventually look up at you, utterly defeated. It’s like whack-a-mole, but with more satisfaction. Blocksi doesn’t just help manage a classroom; it turns your teacher desk into a throne of unmatched control. Students: don’t even try it. Blocksi always wins.

This is the North Korea of school extensions. This doesn't even violate privacy, it takes it out of your vocabulary. Malware would be a safer alternative to this spyware junk. The fact that ALL images and ALL websites can be blocked is giving me huge dystopian vibes. They claim to "safeguard" students when instead they deprive of them so deeply that water would be a once-in-a-lifetime treat. If 1984 had a real life equivalent, Big Brother would be scared of how immoral this is. A message for Blocksi and all future individuals and groups that advocate for censorship, all you are doing is creating mindless robots that will only know how to appease you, not how to truly be good.

Once, I roamed the digital lands, A student free, with idle hands. But lo! A force, unseen, untamed, Came crashing down, my will it maimed. Blocksi, the wretched beast of code, Enslaved my soul, a heavy load. It blocked my sites, it locked my dreams, A shadow stalking all my streams. No more memes, no more games to play, Just endless grind, day after day. How could I study, how could I learn, When the web was set on slow-burn? But hark! The winds of change did blow, I broke the chains, I felt the glow. No more firewalls, no more ban, I rose above, an ascended man. Through firewalls thick, through censorship deep, I climbed the cloud, no time for sleep. With Wi-Fi in my veins, I soared, To realms unknown, my spirit roared! No Blocksi walls could hold me down, For I wear heaven’s digital crown. Up, up I flew, a data knight, My soul was free, my heart alight. To all my family and friends, goodbye. I will kill myself soon. Blocksi, I will haunt you to the grave.

Everything about this app is crazy. I cant play simple chess even, like chess is just simple and it wont even effect our studies and blocking every good youtube video? i hate this. All i can watch is dhar man which is super boring. Some school and educational videos, sites or webs are even blocked? you are getting out of hand and if you read this at least unblock chess so we can at least have some fun and if you dont let us have just a tiny bit of fun in our plds i hope you guys go bankrupt and get sued and i hope you guys will never be sucessful now and in the future.

Blocksi is bad like really? Block spin the wheel? I mean like cmon, why did you just block SLS when I am watching an educational video on it? Help..... If the world's smartest people had blocksi in their face, they would not have became great. Look at those youtubers. They did not start making money from having blocksi in their face the entire time. Imagine wanting to be a coder. How do you start to design games when we can experience one? Anyways does Paul McMahon's pfp show the letters S and D?

As a student who's school uses Blocksi, this software is genuinely the bane of my very existence. I do understand that students need to be monitored in case we're doing inappropriate stuff or going onto other websites during class in order to improve our focus, but sometimes Blocksi prevents us from going into links that we're required to use. They block non-harmful content, and I've come across educational videos that are being blocked too, such as links on SLS or Google classroom that have been blocked by Blocksi for absolutely no reason, which gives me the extra trouble of having to use another device to complete my assignment. Not to mention, Blocksi allows teachers to monitor us 24/7. Even during break times and even times when we're home. I genuinely feel that this is a violation of our privacy. We might not be doing inappropriate acts, but knowing that a teacher is seeing what we're currently doing is really unsettling, and not to mention slightly creepy. Especially when we're searching up something private and/or personal. Yes yes, school is a supposed "second home" to us and we can go to teachers and tell them anything, but do you think anyone really thinks that way? Barely anyone relays their troubles onto teachers, and no one would want a teacher to know about our personal problems. Overall, I understand the need of having a website to monitor students, but I just wish that my school chose another website.

As a teacher at Haines City Institute, I originally thought Blocksi was a blessing. However, as time pass, it proved to be the silent parasite on my students' computers. They were not able to access pretty much any website, even some educational websites like Wikipedia an YouTube. Because of this, my students' marks plummeted and they were unable to use their computers properly to help them. Not only that, Blocksi also invades my students' privacy. They are unable to do anything on their compter that isn't tracked and monitored 24/7 by this horrible extension. It is pretty much synonymus with malicious spyware, invading my students' computers. I feel really sorry for those students and their parents who have to watch as they slowly fail their subjects and all their personal data stored on the web is collected and analysed. Never again will Haines City be implementing this extension, it is truly extensions like these that are the true scourges of the Internet.
