Clean your email list without leaving Google Sheets. Select the column with your emails, open BounceLens from the Extensions menu and click Check. Four result columns appear next to your list: • Result – invalid, risky, duplicate or unconfirmed (colour coded) • Reason – why, in plain words • Suggested fix – for mistyped domains (gmial.com → gmail.com) • Mail provider – Google, Microsoft, Proofpoint and others What it checks • Format – broken addresses and missing parts • Typos – common misspellings of popular mail domains • Domain and mail server – the domain exists and can receive mail (MX record) • Throwaway addresses – thousands of known disposable domains • Role inboxes – info@, sales@, support@ and similar shared inboxes • Duplicates – including Gmail dot and +tag copies of the same inbox Honest limits BounceLens does not log in to mail servers, so it cannot confirm a mailbox exists. Addresses that pass are marked "unconfirmed", not "verified". Privacy BounceLens only reads the sheet you have open. Only the domain part of each address (after the @) is looked up in public DNS; the name before the @ never leaves Google. Nothing is stored, shared or used for advertising. Up to 10,000 rows per run. Run it again on the same column and it updates the same result columns.
