Overview
This add-on operates within Google Sheets™. Once you configure your Blackbaud settings, you can automatically sync your Blackbaud RENXT and FENXT Queries directly into Google Sheets™. These syncs automatically update every hour to keep your data up-to-date and ready to be used in data syncs, dashboards, analysis, etc. Sync queries of all sizes (up to tens of thousands of rows) in a matter of minutes!

Once configured, you can start syncing the first 5 rows of your queries for free (to show you the power of this functionality) but an annual subscription is required to sync the entire queries.

As someone who works heavily with Power BI in our school environment, I was constantly struggling with getting our Raiser's Edge queries into Google Sheets to feed into PBI. Since we've installed this app, it's been a complete game-changer. This Google Sheets add-on has completely transformed how we handle reading our RE data into PBI. The initial configuration was straightforward - we set it up in minutes, and once it was running, it truly was "set it and forget it." The automatic hourly syncs mean our team always has access to current data without any manual intervention from me. The interface is simply incredible - being able to sync large query results (we regularly pull thousands of rows) in just minutes is nothing short of amazing. For any school or organization dealing with RE data and frustrated with manual data hauling, this add-on is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
