Fetch a configurable list of columns from a Bugzilla installation either manually via the menu or with an edit trigger.

Columns which are fetched from Bugzilla have a different background colour as a reminder. Edits to cells fetched from Bugzilla have their background changed back to the default to indicate that the changes should be manually propagated back to Bugzilla.
