Xero can't import invoices from a spreadsheet, and its CSV import fails on the first bad row with limited fields. Bulk Importer for Xero fixes that: it validates every row of your Google Sheet™ against your live Xero organisation first, then bulk-pushes only the clean rows into Xero.

WHAT IT DOES
• Generates template sheets for sales invoices, bills, and contacts, with dropdowns pulled live from your own chart of accounts, tax rates, currencies, and contacts.
• Validates every row before anything is written: account codes, tax treatment, dates, amounts, document numbers, and contact matches. Errors appear as cell notes on the exact offending cells, not as surprises in Xero.
• Bulk-creates or safely updates records, building multi-line invoices and bills from consecutive rows. Only DRAFT or SUBMITTED documents are ever updated by number match; authorised and later-stage documents are never touched.
• Writes results back to the workbook: Xero deep links, assigned document numbers, and an append-only activity log for audit evidence.

HOW IT WORKS
Connect to your Xero organisation through Xero's official OAuth flow, no passwords, no API keys to paste. Your OAuth tokens are stored privately in your Google™ account's add-on storage, never written into the spreadsheet and never visible to people you share the sheet with. Your data flows directly between your spreadsheet and your Xero organisation: we operate no servers and never receive your financial data.
