Troubleshooting:
+ If you don't see the popup window when generating or printing QR, please check your browser. It seems that browser is blocking the popup window. We highly recommend to use the Chrome.
+ If you see this warning "ScriptError: Authorization is required to perform that action", please follow this link https://www.2hac.com/faq/authorization-is-required-to-perform-that-action/ to fix this issue
+ If you only see help menu after installing, please follow this link https://www.2hac.com/help/how-to-fix-only-help-menu-issue/ to uninstall and reintall the addon and then refresh the Sheet file
For scanning QR, we highly recommend using the Iphone Camera app if you have been using Iphone or Ipad. For Android phone, we recommend using the Google Lens™ app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.ar.lens&hl=en
