Access Twilio within your Sheet to send messages to all or select a subset of contacts. target your messages to specific groups of customers based on factors such as location, demographics, or purchase history. 

Select the Twilio channel to send the message from. Select the Recipient name and number column, and click on ‘Add’. All the contact numbers within the sheet would be added as recipients. Enter the message to be sent. Customize your message using placeholders and emojis. You can now send the Twilio message to your desired contacts from the Sheet. You can also use formulas and scripts in Sheets to customize the messages that are sent.
