Write a month of social posts in Google Sheets™ and publish them with BulkPublish, without copying anything by hand. Each row is one post: the caption, the channels it goes to, optional images or videos, and the time it should go out. Select the rows you want, choose Publish, and BulkPublish schedules each one to your connected accounts. The sheet then fills in the status and a link to every live post. What you can do • Publish or schedule many posts at once from the rows you select • Send to Instagram™, Facebook™, LinkedIn™, X™, TikTok™, YouTube™, Threads™, Pinterest™, Bluesky™, Google Business Profile™, Mastodon™, Discord™, Telegram™, Tumblr™ and Snapchat™, from one row • Attach images placed right in the cell, or paste links to images and videos, including Google Drive™ and Dropbox™ files • Hold posts for approval, then approve or reject them from the sheet with a reason • See each row's status (Scheduled, Posted, Awaiting approval, Failed) and open the live post • Statuses update on their own while the sidebar is open, and the same row is never sent twice • Turn on link tracking per row to count clicks Getting started 1. Install the add-on and open Extensions → BulkPublish → Open sidebar. 2. Paste an API key from your BulkPublish account (Settings → Developer). The sidebar shows you where to find it. 3. Choose Set up sheet. It adds a BulkPublish tab with every column explained, and a How to use tab with the steps and examples. 4. Fill in your rows, select them and choose Publish. Privacy The add-on only works with the spreadsheet you open it in, and only reads the rows you select. Your API key is stored in your Google account, never in the sheet, so collaborators cannot see it. You need a BulkPublish account to use the add-on. The Free plan works with it; paid plans add more channels, posts and daily requests.
