Bummed I can't get a task to open. Even more bummed that BH customer service can never answer questions or fix glitches. Can't blame your bad software and apps on customers! I've lost all faith in their ability to help resolve issues.

I love this add-on and have used it for years, BUT I am having a roablem and cannot see where to get assistance. From the drop down menu, I can no longer "Open in Bullhorn" or "Create Note." The otehr items in the drop down still work. I do not know where to get help with this. I have cleared my cookies and cache. This has been going on for months.

Works OK but there is an awful lot of click and wait... for example when you are in your Gmail Inbox and want to click through to a relevant file in Bullhorn, the tool opens up a new transition window before the relevant file in Bullhorn is opened. Now the tool as stopped working entirely due to an "enterprise wide issue" for the past 3 days creating a nightmare for my inbox. In doing some research many folks say that the Bullhorn Outlook integration is much faster which is a shame because we prefer G Suite to Outlook.

This app has not worked since at least February 2021 and I'm told the correction is in development with no estimated timeframe. When it worked it was very useful.

Sadly, it doesn't work properly for me - sent mail from Gmail does not record in the BH record. I can manually do some things in the BH widget like add files and a note but it does none of it automatically. For example, I cannot open a record in BH from the widget.

it's really amazing how after about 6-7 months, still can't parse a resume attachment like we used to be able to with the old bullhorn gadget. this is a resume management system and can't easily create a new record from a resume in an email. ridiculous.

Is this working for Gmail? After months of using the add-on (albeit slowly) suddenly there's an issue and it won't load? Frustrating.

This add-on rarely works. Half the time I don't even see the widget in the upper left corner to show it's up and running. The time it takes for me to search candidates/companies to upload attachment is so time consuming, I might has well have downloaded and dropped into the BH file.

This add-on cannot do half of what the old version of the Bullhorn Gadget could do (which was no award winner itself): You cannot parse resumes, only attach the file, which is more work to get the actual resume parsed into the resume field The body of the email does not appear adding a note from an email, nor when adding a task You cannot attach files from "service accounts" that we were able to attach in the past. All in all, this add-on has done nothing but created more work and steps to complete simple operations and has decreased productivity for our users.
