IT SHOWS YOU WHAT HAPPENED
Every run is written down — sent, skipped or stopped — with the reason in plain words. Changes you
make to a schedule are recorded too, and kept apart from the run count, so the numbers never flatter
or blame the product for something you did. If a send
fails, the schedule stops and Cadence e-mails you to say so. You should never find out from a
colleague that your report stopped going out.

IT STOPS WHEN YOU SAY STOP
One button pauses every schedule and deletes the clock. Schedules are stored in the spreadsheet
itself, so anyone who can edit the file can see what leaves it and switch it off — they are not
hidden in one person's account.

IT READS ONLY THIS FILE
The permission Cadence asks for is limited by Google to the one spreadsheet you open it in. It cannot
reach your other files, your Google Drive™ or your mailbox — the mail permission is send-only. Nothing from your file is ever sent anywhere: there is no database and no analytics. Without a licence key the add-on makes no network request at all; with a Pro licence it asks our licence server once a day whether that key is still active, sending only the key and a random identifier for the installation. And it never writes to your sheet:
not a status cell, not a timestamp, nothing.

Time zones are handled properly: each schedule keeps its own, the panel always prints the zone next to
the hour, and 09:00 stays 09:00 on both sides of a daylight-saving change. Monthly schedules set to
the 31st fall on the last day of a short month instead of disappearing. If the clock misses several
runs — an outage, a quota — Cadence sends once and skips the rest, instead of flooding your
recipients.
