Your spreadsheet runs your calendar. It tells you if it ever stops.

Calendar Autopilot turns each row in a Google Sheets™ sheet into a Google Calendar™ event and keeps them in sync, both ways. Change the row and the event changes. Move, rename or delete the event in Google Calendar™ and the row catches up.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open any sheet with a date column and choose Extensions → Calendar Autopilot → Open. It finds your date, time, title, location and guest columns for you. Headers don't have to be in row 1.
2. Click Preview sync to see exactly what will change ("create 12, update 3, delete 1"), then Sync.
3. Turn on automatic sync. Edits reach your calendar right away, with an hourly check that runs even when the sheet is closed.

• A check mark on every row: a status column shows ✓ with the date and time Google Calendar™ confirmed, or ⚠ with the reason in plain words.
• Never fails quietly: Google gives no warning when an add-on's timer stops. We do. If automatic sync goes quiet, we email you.
• Preview and Undo: look before you sync, and go back up to 20 syncs, on the calendar and in the sheet.
• Two-way without surprises: changed in both places? You choose which side wins. Nothing is erased: a row whose event was deleted is kept and marked.
• No duplicates: each row is tied to its own event. Sort the sheet, run it twice or copy a row, and you still get one event per row.
• Safety stop: if a sync would delete a lot of events at once, it asks first.
• No sign-up: install it and it works. No account and no card for the free level.

ONLY THE PERMISSIONS IT NEEDS
We picked the narrowest version Google offers for each permission: only the spreadsheet you open it in, only the list of your calendars, and only events on calendars you own. No access to Gmail™, Google Drive™, contacts or other spreadsheets. The syncing runs inside your own Google account; our server never sees what's in your sheets or calendars. Paid: automatic sync on all your sheets, every row. You pay by how many features you turn on: any 1 paid feature $3/month ($30/year); any 2 $5/month ($50/year); all 4 $8/month ($80/year).
