GET STARTED IN A MINUTE
Install, open a sheet, run Set Up New Sheet. You get an Events tab, a Settings tab, and a Start Here guide. Type events as rows, import what is already on your calendar, or add a whole schedule from a PDF, photo, link, or pasted text. Click Preview & Sync.

REVIEW BEFORE EVERY SYNC
The preview shows exactly what will happen before anything does: how many events will be created or updated, which rows have problems, and whether any guests will be emailed. Nothing is sent until you say so.

ADD A WHOLE SCHEDULE FROM ANYTHING
The schedule that runs your month is usually trapped somewhere unhelpful: a PDF from school, a photo of the studio's lobby poster, a rota someone emailed, a page on the league's website. Add from Schedule reads it, whether it is a file, a link, or pasted text, and turns it into event rows. Every row arrives as Pending: you check the dates, fix anything, and nothing reaches your calendar until you sync. AI does the reading, and it tells you plainly what it had to assume. Run it for each schedule in your life, the school year, the team, the studio, and they all land on one calendar, each in its own color.

IMPORT WHAT'S ALREADY THERE
Pull events from any of your calendars into the sheet for a date window you choose, edit them in bulk, and sync the changes back. It never imports your whole history.

THE SHEET NEVER LIES
If an event is deleted or edited directly in Google Calendar™, the row says so in plain words the next time you sync or refresh. Nothing is silently recreated and nothing is silently overwritten.

FAIR FREE TIER

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Add from Schedule sends only the file, link content, or text you chose. It never sends your spreadsheet, your calendar, or anything else in your account.
