Overview
Calendar Timesheet turns the meetings in your Google Calendar™ into a timesheet you can invoice from, inside Google Sheets™. Set it up once in about three minutes; then it updates every hour on its own.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tick the calendars that hold billable time.
2. Name your clients. The setup finds the colours and guest email domains you already use and asks who each one is. Add a rate per client.
3. Turn on autopilot. Every hour the sheet updates. On the 1st it closes last month: one statement per client and a summary email to you.

WHAT LANDS IN YOUR SHEET
• This month: every counted meeting with date, start, end, duration, client, project, billed time and amount. Your notes and extra lines stay put.
• Dashboard: done, planned and expected by month-end, per client and in total, against your monthly goal.
• One statement per client per month, frozen when the month closes.
• Payments: mark statements invoiced and paid; anything unpaid after 30 days appears in your monthly email.
• To sort: meetings no rule recognised. One click bills them or leaves them out, and can remember the choice.
• Export, free forever: any period up to a year, one line per event, totals by colour and by calendar.

THE DETAILS THAT MAKE HOURS TRUSTWORTHY
• Only the part of a meeting inside the period counts (across midnight or month-end).
• A meeting found in two of your calendars counts once.
• Declined invitations and all-day events are skipped; time marked free can be skipped too.
• Exact time, or rounded up to 5, 6, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, with an optional minimum per meeting.
• A rate and currency per client and per project (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD, AUD).
• Prepaid hours with alerts at 80% and 100%.

PRIVACY
Calendar Timesheet runs inside your Google account. It reads your calendars (read-only, it never changes them) and writes only to the spreadsheet you use it in. No account to create, no server, no analytics, no tracking. The only data that leaves your account is your licence key, sent to Gumroad to check it. Privacy policy: https://calendartimesheet.com/privacy/

PRICING
• Free: export of any period, forever.
• Pro trial: until your first month-end statement, 14 days at least. No card.
• Pro: $6.90 a month, $49 a year, or $129 once (lifetime; $79 during early access, first 100 licences).
Prices in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country; Gumroad, the seller of record, shows the total before you pay. 30-day refund, no questions asked.
