The add-on is useful, but the integration/disengagement interface could be better. Once I revoked access, I still saw the calendly button right next to "send" in the email compose window.

Turn pro now. I love Calendly. Since this summer I've scheduled 159 events and counting. I use it for two purposes 1) Podcast interviews and networking calls and 2) at my school so students, parents, & teachers can set up a meeting or call. I've synced with my personal and professional calendars and it makes scheduling a breeze. I refuse to email back and forth times for meetings, calls, etc. Calendly is the PERFECT solution. Check it out for free and then purchase a subscription like me once you see how amazing it is.

My business is entirely appointment-based and Calendly has saved me a huge amount of time and headache in the "what-time-works-for-you" merry go round. I love being able to drop links quickly into emails for different appointment types. Great tool. The one thing on my wish list is the ability to link to a single, specific day so the recipient can only see my availability on that day. Seems like they'll work that in sooner or later. In the meantime, I'll keep happily using Calendly to schedule my clients and prospects.

I have a job that requires scheduling hundreds of remote interviews with prospective hires each year. Calendly is a perfect service for ensuring that the prospective hire can select a mutually convenient time. It syncs instantly with my Google calendar, meaning that I never had to worry about an overlapping meeting time. The interface is simple to customize on my end, and even easier to use on the other end. After initially trying a different scheduling service that others in my office use, I was disappointed with their interface and customer service. Calendly, on the other hand, has been nothing but a perfect experience. I also appreciate the simple pricing structure and no-hassle downgrades for the 4 months of the year that I do not need the service. Finally, Calendly continues to make excellent improvements that add to the ease of use and is always receptive to ideas and suggestions for other features.

I use Calendly daily to get people who want to meet with me to book meetings in. The best thing I love about it is the ability to ask people questions ahead of the meeting. These include simple things like 'what's the best number to call you', to 'what's the number 1 goal you want to achieve from our call'.

Calendly has changed my day to day. It's now so easy to book a meeting with clients. No more back and forth. Our team purchased the team subscription and that works fantastic for us when we are reaching out to a large number of leads, due to our high touch sales approach. Without calendly, we couldn't do what we do.

I love Calendly and my clients do too -- it makes both our lives easier when finding a day and time to meetup. I'm a paid user, because I love the ability to have hidden calendars for different meeting types that don't show up on my profile. This allows me to make sure the questions are relevant to the person signing up and that makes the experience great for the client or friend (I also use Calendly to find times with friends for face to face meetups and calls -- you use it for business, why not for the other important people in your life?)

Calendly has given me a tremendous boost of productivity when it comes to managing my schedule and appointments. I have been able to save countless hours of back and forth e-mailing with prospective clients simply my sending them a customized link from Calendly. Its integration with Google Calendar is top notch as well. Perhaps one of the biggest testaments for this service comes not from me but rather from my clients and peers who note again and again how impressed they are with the service and how easy it is to use for them.

I host three podcasts and the logistics of trying to find scheduling times was a serious problem until a friend told me about Calendly. I've set up different scheduling events for each show and limit recording options to the days I'm focused on recording. Calendly has been a HUGE time saver for my guests and me.
