Promise Legal Tech - Candy for Workspace
Welcome to Promise Legal Tech! Our tools are designed to enhance your experience while working in Google Workspace. Allow us to guide you on how to utilize the tools provided by this code.

Getting Started
Open Google Workspace (previously known as G Suite) on your web browser.
Ensure that you are logged in with your Google account.
Tools Overview
Promise Legal Tech offers three tools to assist you in different areas of your work. These tools are:

Insert Hyperlinks - A tool for working with Google Docs
Insert Templates - A tool for working with Gmail
AI Research Assistant - An AI tool for working anywhere
Promise Home Card

Insert Hyperlinks - A tool for working with Google Docs
Scroll down to the "for working with Google Docs" section on the home card.
Click on the button with the text "Insert Hyperlinks".
The Insert Hyperlinks tool will open, providing you with additional features for your Google Docs.
Insert Templates - Tools for working with Gmail
Scroll down to the "for working with Gmail" section on the home card.
Click on the button with the text "Insert Templates".
The Insert Templates tool will open, enhancing your Gmail experience with new functionalities.
AI Research Assistant - Tools for working anywhere
Scroll down to the "for working anywhere" section on the home card.
Click on the button with the text "AI Research Assistant".
The AI Research Assistant tool will open, offering you versatile features to improve your workflow from any location.
Paywall Functionality
If you encounter a paywall while accessing a specific tool, it means that the feature is only available to paid users. Here's how you can navigate the paywall:

Click on the tool button that displays the paywall message.
The paywall card will open, offering you the option to proceed with the checkout process to subscribe to the tool or service.
Subscription Handling
Promise Legal Tech manages subscriptions to provide you with an integrated experience across our different tools. Here's how our subscription handling process works:

When you log into our platform, we check if you have an active subscription based on your associated Stripe customer ID.
If you have an active subscription, you gain access to all the tools and services covered by your subscription.
The code will verify if you have an active subscription for each specific tool you attempt to access.
If you have an active subscription for a tool, you will be granted immediate access to it.
If you do not have an active subscription for a tool, you will encounter the paywall, as mentioned previously. If you have never subscribed, you will have access to a one-week free trial, no credit-card necessary.
Insert Hyperlinks — Manage URLs
The Manage URLs feature allows you to add, edit, and delete URLs associated with specific texts. Here's how you can use this feature:

Access the "Links Home" card by clicking on the "Links Home" button from the main page.
To add or edit a URL:
Enter the text in the "Text" field that you want to associate with the URL.
Enter the URL in the "URL" field.
Click on the "Add or Edit URL" button.
To apply the stored URLs to a document:
Click on the "Apply URLs to Document" button.
The URLs stored in your account will be applied as hyperlinks to the document you are currently working on.
Delete URLs
The Delete URLs feature allows you to remove URLs from your account. Here's how you can use this feature:

Access the "Links Home" card by clicking on the "Links Home" button from the main page, then click “Delete a Link.”
To delete a specific URL:
Enter the exact text or URL in the respective input field.
Click on the "Delete Link" button.
To delete all URLs stored in your account:
Click on the "Delete All Links" button.
Please note that you can only perform this action once per day.
Apply Hyperlinks to Document
The Apply Hyperlinks to Document feature allows you to apply the stored URLs as hyperlinks to your Google Docs. Here's how you can use this feature:

Access the "Links Home" card by clicking on the "Links Home" button from the main page.
Click on the "Apply URLs to Document" button.
The URLs stored in your account will be applied as hyperlinks to the document you are currently working on.
Insert Templates — Gmail Expander
The Gmail Expander Home card provides access to template management features. Here's how you can use this card:

Access the "Gmail Expander Home" card by clicking on the "Templates Home" button from the main page.
From here, you can choose one of two options:
Click on "Create Template" to create a new template.
Click on "Manage Templates" to view and edit existing templates.
Create Template
The Create Template feature allows you to create a new email template. Here's how you can use this feature:

Access the "Create Template" card by clicking on "Create Template" from the Gmail Expander Home card.
Enter a name for the template in the "Template Name" field.
Enter the content of the template in the "Template Content" field.
Click on "Save Template" to save the new template.
Manage Templates
The Manage Templates feature allows you to use, edit, and delete templates. Here's how you can use this feature:

Access the "Manage Templates" card by clicking on "Manage Templates" from the Gmail Expander Home card.
You will see a list of templates that you have created.
For each template, you have three options:
Click on "Insert Draft" to insert the template into a draft.
Click on "Edit" to make changes to the template.
Click on "Delete" to remove the template.
Insert Template into Draft
The Insert Template into Draft feature allows you to select a draft and insert a template into it. Here's how you can use this feature:

Access the "Insert Template into Draft" card by clicking on "Insert Template" next to the desired template in the Manage Templates card.
Choose a draft from the dropdown list.
Click on "Insert Template" to insert the selected template into the chosen draft.
Insert Signature
The Insert Signature feature allows you to select a draft and insert your Gmail signature into it. Here's how you can use this feature:

Access the "Insert Signature" card by clicking on "Insert Signature" from the Gmail Expander Home card.
Choose a draft from the dropdown list.
Click on "Insert Signature" to insert your Gmail signature into the chosen draft.
AI Research Assistant Card — Take your Knowledge to Task
The AI Research Assistant Card allows you to interact with the AI Research Assistant tool. Here's how you can use this card:

Access the "Take your knowledge to task" card by clicking on the "AI Home" button from the main page.
Select a category from the dropdown list.
Choose the type of action you want to take:
"Get an answer": Retrieve an answer based on your prompt.
"Get drafting assistance": Receive assistance in drafting a document based on your prompt.
"Add to knowledge": Add new knowledge or information to the selected category.
Enter your prompt in the "What can I help with?" field (optional in some cases).
Click on "Go" to submit your request.
Manage Categories
The Manage Categories feature allows you to manage the categories used in the AI Research Assistant tool. Here's how you can use this feature:

Access the "Manage categories" card by clicking on the "Manage categories" button from the "Take your knowledge to task" card.
You will see a list of existing categories.
Click on "Add category" to create a new category.
Click on the "Delete" button next to a category to delete it.
