We have been using Capsule CRM for the last 5 years. I also used salesforce, pipeline, Zoho, and other CRM systems in our business. So far we are very happy with Capsule due to its easy to use interface, simple layout and very competitive pricing. I also appreciate the Capsule listening to our feedback and keep adding some very useful features (email template) and more integrations. The Capsule's Gmail plugin is a great feature. It seamlessly integrates two of my most powerful productivity tools( Gmail and capsule) and enables us more efficiently communicate sales leads and greatly improve our sales conversion.

Excellent tool. We have been using Capsule for years now. It's straight forward to use, reasonably priced and offers all the major features we require on a day to day basis. The support team have always been helpful on the rare occasion we have needed help. Dump the spreadsheets and use capsule.

We've been using Capsule since 2013. It was easy to get started - they were happy to walk me through the process, which I needed. Having a quick and clear place to view customers concerns and communications as well as setting up future tasks has made our office 100% more efficient.

We have been using Capsule now for more than seven years. Great product, great service. I like how it is integrated to Google Workspace and how I can customize everything easily in their interface.

Wow, where to begin? So many things to like about Capsule CRM, but with one huge limitation. It has a clear, uncluttered interface. It's feature-rich without being complicated. And it's very reasonably priced. In fact, if you don't have many contacts almost all the great features are free. For $12 you get more contacts and storage space and some premium integrations. You can't beat that. The Google integration is pretty good. Contacts ported over perfectly, even bringing along all my labels as tags! Impressive. The Gmail integration is adequate, if you don't mind the dropbox approach (I don't). So far, so good. Unfortunately, the Calendar integration blows. You can subscribe Capsule to Google Calendar by url, which means you can create appointments in Capsule and see them in Gcal, but not adjust them there. Now: the Capsule CRM Android app has NO calendar/appointment tab, meaning you can only access your appointments (but not adjust them, remember) through your Gcal app. This is useless to me. Finally, one little story which I find worrisome. I "trialed" 3 CRMs at the same time. While trying them out, I inquired as to their future plans. LessAnnoyingCRM was excited about their "full-featured two-way Google calendar integration" due out in May. OnePageCRM bragged about their on-board Gmail integration and marketing rollout. Both these features are potential game-changers. So what was Capsule crowing about? Their LOGO. I kid you not: "The new Capsule logo is unique, made up of switches and buttons to capture the essence of control over your business. Our new color scheme is vibrant and modern while feeling professional and trustworthy. With the logo in place, Focus completed our brand guidelines which define everything we need to know about our new brand, from typography choices through to voice and tone." So, while the other two CRMs were showcasing new productivity-enhancing features, Capsule was bragging about purchasing a new logo. Clueless.

We were checking all of them: Only Capsule had all included, from excellent contact management, customer support cases treatment, management of leads and sales pipeline, and Google Apps integration. And all works easily, stable and has just the right amount of customization capabilities. Great job, very happy customer.

We have been using Capsule for over a year now. Overall, it is a GREAT entry-level CRM, and the integration with Google Apps is perfect. The only issue we have run into is the filtering interface to generate lists of our clients based on time constraints. For example, we have no way to see a list of companies we have not contacted in more than 30 days. While their e-mail support is always timely, they will only accept feature requests through UserVoice, and in a full year we have not had any luck getting this essential feature added. The only other feature we see this missing is better duplication detection for organizations and users. To summarize, this is still our favorite entry-level CRM based on its clean Google Apps integration, but we have had frustrations with the filter system.

Easy to integrate, fast to get by, flexible and intuitive. It would probably be advisable to integrate with more third-party services for higher connectivity and social data monitoring, and improve visual reporting on sales pipelines for better BI. All in all you have all that you need in a nicely integrated Google Apps CRM nonetheless.

Been using Capsule CRM for several months and I have to say the product is awesome. I've used both Salesforce and Sugar in the past; both are overkill for a small business like mine. We needed a CRM to track potential clients and potential vendors. It is super-easy to do both in Capsule. The interface is simple and intuitive, and the integration with our Google Enterprise email works really well. The ability to save emails directly from my Google business email into Capsule makes the process really efficient. I can also add a task or opportunity from email. There are a couple of small issues I that I'd like to see fixed as the software matures. Importing a picture from LinkedIn when I link to a person's profile would be a big time saver. Also, finding a way to select which files I want to bring in from a stored email would be a nice way to eliminate unwanted image files. But overall these are minor. This is a great app at a great price. If you are using Google Enterprise Email, and need a simple CRM that integrates really, really well, this will work very well for you.
