Exactly what I needed for my small business! I wanted to give better customer service by tracking conversations more easily and setting myself tasks that need to be done as well as sharing these tasks with staff. Super easy to use and I feel like we haven't unlocked its full potential yet! The best feature is being able to link it to the gmail so emails and files are automatically saved to the clients profile.

So, as much as I love being able to use email templates from within CapsuleCRM, and as much as I love sending emails from within CapsuleCRM, the reality is that I often get direct emails from existing clients, as well as referrals from existing clients. I've been with Capsule for a few years now, and I'm pretty sure I recall a time before this plug-in existed. I'm very grateful that it does exist. I find it to be super convenient and easy to use. There are probably use cases where it would be possible to automate the info between Gmail and CapsuleCRM. I certainly use automation when and where it makes sense. However, I still find this plugin to be a very nice and useful feature. Maybe it could be better in some edge cases, but I can't think of anything else that I need it to do.

This addon is really helpful for setting up new contacts and storage of communications. It would be useful to be able to view task list but apart form that I'm very satisfied.

I have just discovered Capsule Add on for Gmail and on my first experience, I have found it an extremely useful enhancement. It was straight forward to install and saves time by saving your email threads direct to your Capsule CRM account. This is a brilliant help to capute your communication with customers. Plus I have also recieved excellent customer service from Chloe Lloyd from Capsule.

The Gmail add on works perfectly, no more cutting and pasting emails from Outlook into your CRM. The add on finds email addresses in Capsule and stores the email with the contact. This makes it super easy to recall the last email you sent to a contact, so you can review it when you speaking with them. This is a HUGE time saver! Thank you!
