Charts Email is an add-on to Google Sheets™ that lets you compose emails containing charts from your spreadsheets. Using a schedule of your choice, emails are sent periodically. 

When an email is sent, the charts contained in it are a snapshot of how the 'live' charts look at the time of sending. For example, a schedule might be set up so that an email is sent every Friday containing a sales chart. Every time the email is sent, it shows the current sales chart. 

On installation, Charts Email requests permissions it requires to run. Of particular note, it asks to:

'See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets'

- Please note that the only data in your sheets that Chart Email changes is to add hidden metadata that contains the email templates that you create.
 
- 'Connect to an external service'

There is only one external service that Charts Email uses and that is an email   service provider. All communication with that service is fully encrypted and secure.
